Jay Jay Meets Captain Hightower - Everyone at Tarrytown airport is so busy making deliveries that the planes are constantly getting in each other's way during takeoff and landing. Perplexed, Jay Jay wonders if the problem is just too big to fix. But when Old Oscar enlists the help of his old air traffic controller pal, Captain Hightower, Jay Jay learns that any problem, even ones that seem impossible, can be overcome if everyone works together. Tracy's Snuggly Blanket - Tracy's afraid the other planes will make fun of her if they find out that she's still attached to the snuggly blanket she used as a baby plane. But when it turns up missing, she's forced to admit how attached she is to her lost "security blanket." Rather than laugh at her, the gang helps find the missing blanket, and along the way teaches Tracy she doesn't have to give up the things she loves.
