Then back in the kitchen, Lidia is joined by three bakers in training- her grandsons, Lorenzo, Miles and Ethan. Together they make personalized focaccia with toppings like onions and tomatoes and mozzarella and basil. Then Lidia puts together sweet treat - caramelized almond wafers.
