This episode opens with an electric song called "Air Guitar." When Dr. Cool asks what everyone did before the show, we find out that Pride just bought a jump rope. The Crew rocks out to a fun new song "Jump" and things get crazy when we meet our guest "The Rope Warrior." He does some amazing jump rope tricks and teaches everyone the importance of getting your heart pumping. We see a cartoon showing Dr. Cool outlasting Pride at jumping rope because he ate fruit for a snack, while Pride ate a sundae. Next, we rock out to two more songs "Fruit" and "Air Band" and then to end the show we meet a real rocker: guitar player J Rock, who plays along with the closing song.
