Jay Jay has put together a Parade of Lights to help the people of Tarr ytown celebrate the first night of winter. Then a blizzard hits Tarryt own and spoils Jay Jay's parade plans. He is pleasantly surprised when his friends put together an ice parade. Then, on a very snowy night a t the airport, the planes decide to teach Snuffy about the seasons.
