Anchhor was an Egyptian Priest who lived around 650 B.C. in the ancient city of Thebes. His mummified body is one of the few that have been recovered fully intact. Anchhor has been the object of an elaborate scientific investigation by the National Museum of Antiquities in the Netherlands, one of the world's leading centers of expertise in Egyptology. THE TRAIL OF THE MUMMY uses the findings of the museum to reconstruct his life and times.
