Chef Keller visits the 600-year old Christmas festival in his hometown of Ribeauville in the heart of Alsace. He then takes us cheese shopping in Colmar and stops in Strasbourg that boasts the world's largest Christmas Tree and one of the most beautiful cathedrals in Europe. Back home, he enjoys a wine tasting with his childhood friend who runs the Trimbach winery and pays a visit to another old friend who has started a multi-day smoking process of a ham for the big Christmas dinner they are planning.
