Chef Keller shows us where he grew up, above a patisserie his family used to own. We stop in to meet Remy Schall, the new owner who is making a buche de Noel for the upcoming Christmas dinner. The culinary tour continues with a trip to the most famous jam maker in France, Christine Ferber, and a stop at Chef Keller's favorite restaurant where he introduces us to Alsatian specialties. On the way home, Chef Keller and his wife enjoy a performance of fire dancers at the Christmas Market. The next day, Chef Keller and his brother make an Alsatian onion pie for the Christmas dinner. Finally, it's the Christmas dinner Chef Keller has planned for family and friends.
