Toronto is a city of neighborhoods and, like Toronto; they are ever becoming more themselves. In his exploration of Toronto and its ever-emerging neighborhoods Joseph discovers that change can mean repurposing old buildings, welcoming new businesses, and building new facilities and infrastructure.
