Italians will wrap anything in dough, whether it's savory or sweet, and still have time for a classic. Lidia begins this meal with a savory zucchini and rice crostata. She then turns to the sweets with a celebration of zeppole, a fried delicious dough stuffed with creamy ricotta. Grandma Erminia, who has the sweet tooth in the family, joins Lidia for this segment.
