The systematic looting of art collections in Europe by the Nazis during World War II has been described as the biggest property theft in history. On Saturday, NewsHour Weekend Senior Producer Phil Hirschkorn takes a look at families, auction houses, and museums still trying, in 2016, to right this historic wrong by locating and returning these works to their proper owners and heirs.
