This week Metro Week covers the 10th anniversary of the Regional Transportation Authority. It’s a 20-year plan to build roads in the Tucson Metro area, paid for with a half-cent sales tax. Guests: Steve Kozachik, Tucson City Councilman, Ward 6 Ed Honea, Mayor, Town of Marana Roundtable: Dylan Smith, TucsonSentinel.com Zac Ziegler, Arizona Public Media
