Today they're going to cook with a variety of different types of peppers and delicious Italian cheeses to create some amazing dishes. She's going to a wonderful Italian market, and with her student Melissa, they'll make simple pan-roasted Padron peppers with Marcona almonds and Grana Padano, butternut squash and Poblano Gratin, and an amazing pork tenderloin with Marash butter. You will love learning how to cook with fresh, flavorful peppers.
