Over the past 60 years, the tribal community of Isle de Jean Charles in Louisiana has lost 98 percent of their land to coastal erosion caused by sinking land, rising seas and increased storm surge. Now, they have been given a federal grant to completely relocate to a new piece of land further north. It's the first allocation of federal tax dollars to move an entire community struggling with the impacts of climate change. NewsHour Weekend's Hari Sreenivasan reports.
