Topic 3: Latinos are closing the “digital divide” in terms of access to technology. AZPM’s Nancy Montoya explains what that means, and how it impacts some local school children. Topic 4: The county is clearing trees from a portion of the Rillito River, and that has some people worried about the environmental impact. Pima County Flood Control Director Suzanne Shields explains why this is happening.
