The former New Mexico governor will be on all of the 50 ballots. But he’s not invited to participate in a debate because he’s not polling at 15 percent. Juan Hernandez is one of Johnson’s campaign advisor and he’s also leading Latino outreach for the campaign. Plus the candidates for C-D one debate in Phoenix.
