British Prime Minister Theresa May says next week she'll formally began the process of the withdrawing the United Kingdom -- England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland --from the 28-nation European Union. The fallout of the U.K. exiting the E.U. common market will be felt beyond the country's borders and will likely be strongest right next door in the Republic of Ireland.
