In this episode, chef Rika makes simmered stuffed peppers, stuffed with seasoned ground chicken then simmered, for a deliciously tender dish that is easy to make. She also makes natto rice, which combines the Japanese superfood natto with cucumber, tomato and okra for a tasty colorful result. Chef Rika shows how to make an easy soup with bamboo shoots, with a flavor that brings together the tartness of vinegar, the heat of chili oil, and the richness of ground meat.
