Wild and Wonderful West Virginia shines in this episode - focusing on the outdoors and people of the mountain state. We start our journey in Lewisburg - a historic and dynamic small town with a big city feel. Then, we meet craftspeople who've been crafting hand-blown art pieces for more than 100 years. Later on, Katie gets outdoors and into nature with a kayak trip and a visit to the New River Gorge, before ending our tour by tasting unique and delicious local sea salt, sourced from an underground ancient ocean.
