Since Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico last year, enrollment in the U.S. territory's schools has dropped by more than 22,000 as many students have left for the mainland. Nearly 2,000 students came to Connecticut, with more than 400 landing in Hartford, a city with a long history of Puerto Rican migration. NewsHour Weekend's Ivette Feliciano reports on the challenges facing these students as they adjust to life in Hartford and a school system struggling to find the resources to support them.
