While on a rail trip, Elspeth McGillicuddy (Pam Ferris, "Pollyanna") sees a murder on a passing train, but the police find no body. Miss Marple (Geraldine McEwan) concludes that the body was discarded at Rutherford Hall, home to a dysfunctional family and a corpse to boot.
