Cape Town, South Africa's second most populous city and a major tourist destination, is in the midst of a severe, protracted drought that is threatening to leave it without a water supply, experts say. Most of Cape Town's water supply comes from reservoirs that are now dangerously depleted. But the city has launched an aggressive campaign to limit the amount of water residents use in an effort to thwart a potential calamity.
