In our fifth and final episode, Jerry adds final highlights, rock formations, and details. Using #4 bristle, Jerry adds more paint to the center part of the falling water getting it bright and crisp keeping edges a bit blurry. Next Jerry uses #4 bristle brush to add warmer highlights to some of the waterfall rocks to make them pop a bit more -- giving some a 3-dimentional form. Now Jerry begins more highlights for trees still using #4 bristle brush. Adds contrast by including a bush area underneath the bridge and illustrates again his "tapping" technique. Continues final highlights and creating pockets of texture w/color. Adds beautiful rolling mist at bottom of painting and inserts tree limbs in darker value to add contrast as the grand finale.
