In the third episode, Jerry explains how to continue the process of dry-brush blending in the brighter colors by using the #6 bristle brush and using very tight circular motions. He is very specific in explaining how many layers of colors it takes to achieve the very bright colors needed to make this painting really glow - then finishes by adding some of the foreground-underpainting tones, shapes, and forms of the trees and mountains.
