SHUTDOWN DEBRIEF: UA School of Government and Public Policy director Brint Milward returns to Arizona 360 to discuss the outcome of the partial government shutdown and the upcoming deadline for a deal on border security. IMMIGRATION JUDGE ON BACKLOG: Judge Ashley Tabaddor, president of the National Association of Immigration Judges, speaks to Lorraine Rivera about lasting impacts of the government shutdown on severe backlogs in the immigration court system. HUMANITARIAN AID VOLUNTEERS ON TRIAL: Nancy Montoya reports on the trial of four volunteers for the humanitarian aid group No More Deaths on federal charges related to food and water they left in the desert. Montoya asks if the group plans to change its tactics and looks at how the judge’s findings could impact similar trials.
