PIMA CHILDHOOD EDUCATION: Supporters of the proposed “Pima County Preschool Investment Program” discuss the program with Lorraine Rivera. They are asking the Pima County Board of Supervisors to provide funding for the PCPIP in the next budget. It would offer 3 and 4 year olds scholarships for quality preschools whose families fall under 200% of the federal poverty level.
