Maui Tropical Plantation is a 60 acre working plantation. In this show GardenSMART introduces Maui's commercial crops. One will see papaya, pineapple, guava, mango, macadamia nuts, coffee, avocado, bananas, sugar cane, star fruit, flowers, fruit trees and more. Some may grow in your part of the country, some won't but this show provides a glimpse, from a gardeners perspective, at how these crops are cultivated.
