Musician Ani DiFranco's new memoir looks back at her decades-long career. Ani DiFranco started playing before audiences when she was just 9 years old, and 40 years later she continues to find ways to reinvent herself, with an upcoming tour and a new memoir slated for release on May 7. The memoir, "No Walls and the Recurring Dream," recounts the first 30 years of a musical life embedded in political activism, a dedication to feminism, and how storytelling shaped her philanthropy and music.
