SUPERVISOR ELIAS: Pima County Supervisor Richard Elías discusses his support for the Pima County Preschool Investment Program, which would offer scholarships for low-income families to send their 3 and 4 year olds to a quality preschool in the county. Funding for the newly proposed program remains uncertain. EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION: Arizona 360 tours Casa de los Niños’s new early education center to see how it provides early childhood education.
