Season 12, Episode 14 of 99

Musician Ben Folds releases a best-selling new memoir. More than 20 years after hitting the mainstream, musician Ben Folds has released a new memoir called "A Dream About Lightning Bugs: A Life Of Music and Cheap Lessons." The 52-year-old singer-songwriter, who is still drawing thousands to his shows, first captured attention by bringing a punk sensibility and astute pop lyrics to his piano trio, Ben Folds Five, beginning with his band's eponymous 1995 debut album. NewsHour Weekend's Tom Casciato recently spoke to Folds about his book and growing up as a wise-guy kid with an ear for melody.
