UA CAMPUS CONVERSATIONS: A new academic year at the University of Arizona signals the continuation of Campus Conversations events the university initiated the previous school year to address free speech and inclusion on campus. The discussions stem from a protest last spring where a few students interrupted a presentation given by two Border Patrol agents to a club on campus. Celina Ramirez, the UA’s chief compliance officer, discusses how the university plans to steer the conversation in the months ahead.
