In this segment, Jerry continues showing his viewers how to add additional layers of clouds to create a more dramatic affect. Then adds more highlighting and silver linings to define the clouds. Then he shows how to underpaint the head, beak, eye, and upper body of the eagle. Now he finishes up this segment by showing how to use the #4 and #6 bristle brushes to paint in the clouds at the base of the eagle.
