In this final segment, Jerry shows his viewers how to detail and adjust the shape of the Statue's face and body. Then he shows how to use the #6 bristle brush to dry-brush in the sun rays behind the Statue. Then he shows how to detail and highlight the feathers, beak, and eye of the eagle. Next, he shows how to finish painting the clouds at the base of the eagle and Statue. He then finishes by painting on silver linings on the Statue and cloud, and dry-brushes a soft whitish glaze over the entire Statue and eagle.
