In the seminal arcade video game, NBA Jam, teams of two with comically huge leaping abilities shoot and dunk. But what made this video game a smash hit was the fact that after two shots were made a player would begin "heating up," and after three shots were made a player would go on an unstoppable shooting streak. But do these kinds of streaks exist in real life?
