Author, wardrobe consultant, and designer, Nancy Nix-Rice knows that some women have difficulties wearing scarves. She explains that scarves add polish to most outfits, they can be used to link unexpected color combos and can direct the focal point where you want it to be. Catherine Jordan represents the Embroiderers' Guild of America, and she's going to show examples of embroidery work which have been painted using Jacquard Textile paints. She'll demonstrate how to mix the paints and then how to add them to the fabric.
