Accompany a college geology class field trip through the upper stretches of Sonora, Mexico. Travel inside a lava tube to find a colony of bats, then examine some of the cultural aspects of geology with a visit to Arizpe, an old colonial town and the former capital of Sonora where past earthquake damage is still evident.
