Millions of dollars in international aid have been promised in the wake of the port explosion in Beirut which killed nearly 200, injured thousands and displaced around 300,000 people. But for a country that was already facing civil unrest and a collapsing economy, there are concerns that aid may not get to the people who need it most. Special Correspondent Leila Molana-Allen reports.
