President Biden has proposed $100 billion dollars for workforce training over the next ten years as part of the American Jobs Plan, the infrastructure proposal being debated in Congress. But for decades, manufacturers in the U.S. have warned of a massive skills gap: not enough new workers with the skills needed to replace those who are retirement age.
