From there, we make tracks to Rockport, Maine, where lobsterman and photographer Joel Woods gives us a view of deep-sea fishing that few people ever get to see. Closing things out is our jaunt to the rocky coast just outside Acadia National Park to experience a genuine Maine clambake with three of Portland, Maine's hottest chefs.
