As cities across the country debate whether they should invest in universal basic income, Kevin Adler started a program himself. Adler, a San Francisco-based entrepreneur and sociologist, founded Miracle Money, which helps the unhoused receive monthly payments for six months, no strings attached. It's the first such program in the country. Newshour Weekend Special Correspondent Jennifer Winter reports.
