A favorite saying at Italian dinner tables - Moms would say: "Mangia e statti zitto", meaning "Eat and be quiet". So with that said, we're making Italian today.... Mini- meatballs and pasta. Some kids just never grow out of a liking for tasty pasta with meatballs.......they eat it all through adulthood........it's pasta, a tomato pasta sauce, with tender mini-meatballs in every bite. Definitely a kid favorite... .................how about yours?
