Join us for another trip around the globe. This time to Germany, as we host Chef Klaus Tenbergin. Chef Klaus showed taught us how to cook one of his favorite German meals: Himmel un Erde, (which means of heaven and earth) and a very popular mashed potatoes and apple dish. Himmel un Erde is often an accompaniment to pork dishes. So we serve it up with breaded pork chops and cabbage.
