Spain puts investors around the globe on edge as the country rethinks its decision to seek a bailout. Why should U.S. investors care? We'll speak with Scott Macdonald, Head of Economic Research at MC Asset Management Holdings. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke makes his annual speech at Jackson Hole tomorrow morning as investors listen for clues to how and when the Fed may do something to help the economy. But within the Fed there are a range of opinions. Washington Correspondent Sylvia Hall takes a look at the dissent within the Fed. More signs today the economy may be picking up steam as consumer spending climbs to its highest level in 5 months. One beneficiary was the nation's retailers but as New York Correspondent Ruben Ramirez reports... was it just a back to school blip?
