In this episode, Lidia celebrates some of the Italian American dishes found on many a Kansas City menu including Penne Rigate alla Vodka, Chicken Parmigiana and Tiramisu. We'll even enjoy a moment where Lidia went back to Emilia Romagna to visit with her dear friend, Monica, to see how the chickens there are raised and appreciated.
