Chef Rick Bayless of Frontera Grill, Topolobampo, and Xoco restaurants makes an elegant ceviche. Tanya Holland of Brown Sugar Kitchen in Oakland makes a spicy version of shrimp and grits. Pastry Chef Yigit Pura of Tout Sweet Patisserie in San Francisco demonstrates his take on cannoli.
