Bikes, Boats and Big Bend"--Viewers continue the exploration of the Ch ihuahaun Desert by biking, hiking and canoeing through Big Bend Nation al Park. They take a mountain bike ride on the back roads of the park and experience the beauty of an agave forest in bloom; explore the par k to search for signs of human occupation, from prehistoric fossils an d cave paintings to European settlers and current-day explorers; then canoe the Rio Bravo (called the Rio Grande by Americans) in one of the most isolated areas in Mexico.
