DEAR MUMMY AND DADDY Connie decides to give her mummy and daddy a present, to show how much she loves them. Belinda the goat tells her she should write them a poem. At first Connie thinks she won’t be able to do it, and asks her friends to do it for her. But in the end, she realises her mummy and daddy will like it even better if she writes it herself. THE BASKET OF BLACKBERRIES In this episode, Patch and Connie decide to go and pick wild fruit in the woods. But when they’re not looking, their basket disappears. Hedgy thinks he saw someone take it away, but as he’s a rather absent-minded hedgehog, all he remembers about the animal is that it had a shell. So the two friends find out all about the amazing world of animals with shells on their backs - like the friendly snail, or the lazy tortoise, Snooze. THE LITTLE FISH In this episode, Connie and her friend Patch decide to go on a trip into the mountains, following the river to its source.
