Alan, Rosita, and Elmo are putting together a basket full of goodies for Little Red Riding Hood to take to her grandma's house. Red Riding Hood comes by ready to pick up the basket and asks if they tested it to make sure it was strong enough to stand up to the Big Bad Wolf. They agree to test the basket, and Alan holds it up saying, "I got a basket of goodies for you, Grandma." Just then, the Big Bad Wolf pops up next to Alan and eats through the basket. The basket was not strong enough. Elmo thinks that they need to put something harder than twigs around the basket to make it stronger. Rosita suggests reinforcing the basket with dishes. They test it again, but the Big Bad Wolf is able to eat through the dishes! The dishes are hard but fragile. For the next basket, Alan, Rosita, and Elmo decide to reinforce the basket with something even harder than dishes - metal pie plates. The Big Bad Wolf pops in once more to test it out but is unable to eat through the metal pie plates. It passes the test! The basket is now strong enough and is ready to be delivered to Grandma's house!
