Elmo is outside roller skating when he and Leela hear construction noises. They investigate and come across the Three Little Pigs building a brick house to enter the "Best House of the Year" contest. It is a contest to find the strongest, prettiest, bestest house. They call for the judge of the contest, Mr. Bill Ding, to inspect their house. Just as he's about to announce that it is the best house of the year, in pops the Big Bad Wolf claiming that he'll be able to blow the house down. No one thinks that he will be able to do it because brick is a strong building material, but the Big Bad Wolf has been working out. With one big huff and puff, he blows the house down and blows Elmo away on his skates. The Three Little Pigs do not give up and try to think of a building material that is stronger than brick. First they try building their house out of rock and then out of metal, but the Big Bad Wolf is able to use enough force to blow down both houses! The Three Little Pigs are about to give up, but Leela thinks that "stronger" isn't what they need. What they do need is an innovation, something completely new and different. Elmo has an idea for an innovation. He explains that every time a house blew down, he didn't blow down but was blown away because of his skates. So the Little Pigs build their house on wheels and call for Mr. Ding one last time. In comes Big Bad too, but after a couple of big huffs and puffs, he is not able to blow the house down, because it rolls away. Mr. Ding congratulates the Three Little Pigs and declares their house the "Best House of the Year!"
