Mark Halperin & John Heilemann

John Heilemann and Mark Halperin are the co-authors of Double Down: Game Change 2012. Their first book together was Game Change: Obama and the Clintons, McCain and Palin, and the Race of a Lifetime, a best-selling, behind-the-scenes account of the 2008 presidential election. It was later turned into an award-winning HBO film. Heilemann is a national political correspondent and columnist for New York magazine. Halperin currently serves as a political analyst for Time magazine.
