Actress Whoopi Goldberg discusses how she became a success despite being told that as a black woman she could not achieve her goals. Lauren Turner d iscusses how she defied popular beliefs about women and sports to beco me co-captain and the only girl on her school's hockey team. Sheila Ha ines talks about the pride she takes in being a plant engineer and how the ability to do a task is more important than who is doing it.
